摘要

目的

探讨新型伤口敷料应用于趾间溃疡的临床效果。

方法

选取本院2015年11月至2017年12月皮肤科伤口护理门诊以新型伤口敷料处理的趾间溃疡患者54例作为观察组，并选取同期以传统敷料处理的基线资料相匹配的趾间溃疡患者62例作为对照组。两组患者均视个体情况给予抗感染、抗真菌治疗及血糖控制等全身治疗，观察组采用新型伤口敷料(银离子敷料、水凝胶敷料、泡沫敷料及弹性软绵宽胶带)对溃疡局部换药，对照组采用抗生素软膏涂抹局部换药，对比观察两组患者在换药第10、30、60天时伤口愈合情况及换药时患者疼痛减轻程度，并统计分析两组间差异。

结果

在治疗第10天，观察组总有效率(83.33%)显著高于对照组(58.06%)(

0.01)；观察组及对照组分别有46.30%及19.35%患者疼痛程度减轻，差异有统计学意义(

0.01)。在治疗第30天，观察组总有效率(98.15%)显著高于对照组(80.65%)(

0.01)；观察组及对照组分别有77.78%及56.45%患者疼痛程度减轻，差异有统计学意义(

=0.02)。治疗第60天，两组疗效和疼痛减轻程度比较差异无统计学意义(总有效率分别为100%及96.77%，

=0.50；疼痛减轻患者分别为96.30%及93.55%，

=0.68)。

结论

新型伤口敷料对趾间溃疡疗效肯定，能明显控制皮肤破溃及感染情况，并能有效减轻疼痛、缩短病程。

Abstract

Objective

To analyze clinical efficacies of new wound dressings for the patients with interdigital ulcer.

Methods

Fifty-four patients with interdigital ulcer who visited the Clinic of Wound Care of our dermatological department from November 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled and assigned into the observation group. Another 62 baseline-matched patients treated conventionally during same period served as the control group. According to their individual conditions

all the patients were given corresponding routine treatments

including anti-infection

anti-fungal

glycemic control and other systemic therapies. The patients in the observation group were treated using different dressings

such as silver ion dressing

hydrogel dressing

foam dressing and elastic cotton tape

while those of the control group were treated with antibiotic ointment. The wound healing and pain severity were observed and recorded in 10

30 and 60 d after first dressing

and the results were compared between the 2 groups.

Results

At the 10th day during the treatment

the observation group showed higher total efficacy (83.33%

58.06%

0.01) and higher rate of pain-relieved patients (46.30%

19.35%

0.01) when compared with the control group. At the 30th day

the total efficacy was increased to 98.15% in the observation group

and to 80.65% in the control group (

0.01)

and the ratio of pain-relieved patients was also elevated to 77.78% and 56.45%

respectively (

=0.02). But no such differences were seen in the above 2 indexes (100%

=0.68) between the 2 groups at the 60th day.

Conclusion

These new wound dressings show identified efficacy for interdigital ulcer

and they can obviously control ulcer and inflammation

relieve pain

promote wound healing and shorten the course of disease.
