摘要

目的

评价应用悬垂石膏结合石膏夹板治疗投弹骨折的临床效果。

方法

回顾性分析2010年1月至2016年6月在本科室收治的36例投弹骨折患者，其中合并桡神经轻度损伤3例，双螺旋骨折1例，所有患者入院后即予以悬垂石膏固定，3~4周后改用石膏夹板外固定，石膏固定后允许早期未固定关节进行功能锻炼。

结果

患者平均随访12个月，骨折临床愈合时间8~10周，肩、肘关节功能按Rodriguez-Merchan、Mayo评分标准评分，优34例，良2例，总优良率100%。

结论

应用悬垂石膏结合石膏夹板治疗投弹骨折的方法简单易行，全程无创操作，可以取得满意的临床效果。

Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of suspension plaster and plaster splint in treatment of humeral throwing fracture.

Methods

Clinical date of 36 patients who suffered from throwing fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2000 to June 2016 were collected and retrospectively analyzed in this study. There were 3 cases accompanied with mild nerve injury

and 1 case with double helix fractures. All patients were treated with plaster fixation after admission

and the plaster splint was used for external fixation in 2 to 3 weeks later. After plaster fixation

the unfixed joint was allowed for functional exercises.

Results

All patients were followed up for 12 months averagely. Their mean clinical healing time was 8 to 10 weeks. According to the Rodriguez-Merchan and Mayo standards

the shoulder and elbow functions ranked as excellent were in 34 cases and good in 2 cases

with a total successful rate of 100%.

Conclusion

Suspension plaster combined with plaster splint is simple and easy for treatment of throwing fracture

and can achieve a satisfactory effect without invasive operation.
