摘要

本研究用γ－射线诱发人外周血淋巴细胞微核（ＭＮ），使用细胞周期控制、ＢｒｄＵ免疫荧光染色、松胞素Ｂ（ＣＢ）阻滞胞质分裂等技术，研究人淋巴细胞微核形成与细胞周期间的定量关系。结果：①Ｇ０期和Ｇ１期淋巴细胞照射组和对照组相比，微核率（ＭＮＦ）和微核细胞率（ＭＮＣＦ）均无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。②Ｓ期和Ｇ２期淋巴细胞照射组和对照组相比，ＭＮＣＦ均明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。（３）Ｍ期淋巴细胞照射组与对照组相比，ＭＮＦ与ＭＮＣＦ分别增加９０多倍和７０多倍。结论：在人淋巴细胞周期中Ｓ期和Ｇ２期可形成ＭＮ，但Ｍ期是形成ＭＮ的主要阶段。
