摘要

本实验选用健康Wistar大鼠90只

通过复制急性胆道感染动物模型

观察单核巨噬细胞系统(MPS)功能变化在胆道感染所致肺损伤中的作用。结果发现

随着肝枯否细胞吞噬功能抑制

肺内MPS代偿性激活并产生大量氧自由基等炎性介质导致急性肺损伤。提示:急性胆道感染所致肺损害与宿主防御系统

特别是MPS功能状态密切相关

MPS功能紊乱可能在胆道感染所致肺损害中起重要作用。
