摘要

随着全球肥胖流行趋势日益加剧，超重或肥胖已成为影响实体器官移植受者围术期安全及长期预后的重要危险因素。为应对这一临床挑战，2025年中国研究型医院学会糖尿病学专业委员会正式发布国内首部针对该特殊人群的《超重或肥胖成人实体器官移植受者体重管理专家共识》。本文由参与共识制定的核心专家团队成员撰写，围绕共识制定的背景、核心推荐意见、循证医学证据、临床实施原则及未来研究方向进行系统解读，旨在为临床实践提供兼具科学性与可操作性的规范指导。

With the increasingly severe global obesity epidemic，overweight or obesity has become an important risk factor affecting the perioperative safety and long-term prognosis of solid organ transplant recipients.
