目的
2
Objective
2
To evaluate the application of wireless cerebral oximetry monitoring headbands in the complex emergency environment and verify whether they can provide rapid, continuous and accurate regional cerebral oxygen satu
ration (rSO
2
) for emergency scenarios.
Methods
2
The establishment times of wired and wireless cerebral oximetry monitoring were compared, and healthy volunteers were recruited to evaluate the stability of wireless cerebral oximetry monitoring under changes in body position and during exercise. In emergency scenarios, the changes of rSO
2
of patients were monitored before, during and after diagnosis and treatment procedures on different emergency conditions.
Results
2
The establishment time of wireless cerebral oximetry monitoring was significantly shorter than that of wired cerebral oximetry monitoring (
P
<
0.01).In the dynamic test,the rSO
2
of subjects immediately after squatting was significantly higher than that at standing (
P
<
0.01),but there was no significant difference in rSO
2
of subjects after returning to standing compared with the baseline value of standing (
P
>
0.01),indicating that the device had good response stability during dynamic movements. The wireless cerebral oximetry monitoring headband throughout the running exercise provides continuous and uninterrupted monitoring signals. In the ambulance transfer scenario, there was no significant difference between wireless cerebral oximetry monitoring headband and wired cerebral oximetry monitoring devices in terms of signal shedding and signal interference(
P
>
0.01), the rSO
2
values measured by the two were linearly correlated under static, motion disturbances, and jolts conditions. There was no significant change in the rSO
2
values of patients before, during and after invasive operation, radiological examination or electrical defibrillation/electrical cardioversion in the emergency environment (
P
>
0.01).
Conclusion
2
Wireless cerebral oximetry monitoring headbands are suitable for emergency scenarios and can provide continuous and reliable rSO₂ monitoring data, which has emergency application value.
