摘要

目的

探讨全口生物功能性义齿（BPS）修复牙列缺失的效果及不良事件。

方法

选取2021年10月至2024年8月在合肥市口腔医院确诊的94例牙列缺失患者，采用随机数字表法分为BPS组（

=47）和对照组（

=47）。对照组患者采用传统方法修复牙列缺失；BPS组患者采用BPS修复牙列缺失。比较2组患者义齿的美学效果、固位功能、稳定性功能、咀嚼功能及不良事件发生情况。

结果

BPS组患者粉红美学指数（PES）评分、白色美学指数（WES）评分、固位评分、稳定性评分均高于对照组（

0.05）。修复后，2组患者最大咬合力（MABF）/最大咀嚼效率（MMF）值均高于修复前（

0.05），且BPS组高于对照组（

0.05）；2组患者咬合时间（OT）、双侧咬合力平衡度（BFDB）均低于修复前（

0.05），且BPS组低于对照组（

0.05）。BPS组患者不良事件总体发生率低于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

采用BPS修复牙列缺失，可改善患者初戴期间的固位功能和咀嚼功能，提高美学效果，降低不良事件发生率。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effect of biofunctional prothetic system （BPS） in restoring dentition defect and adverse events.

Methods

A total of 94 patients with dentition defect confirmed in Hefei Stomatological Hospital from October 2021 to August 2024 were enrolled，and they were divided into the BPS group （

=47） and the control group （

=47） according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods to repair dentition defect. Patients in the BPS group were treated with the BPS method to repair dentition defect. The aesthetic effect， retention function， stability function， masticatory function and the occurrence of adverse events of dentures were compared between the two groups.

Results

The pink esthetic score （PES），white esthetic score （WES），retention and stability scores of patients in the BPS group were higher than those in the control group （

0.05）. After restoration，maximum bite force （MABF）/ maximum masticatory function （MMF） ratios were increased in both groups（

0.05），which was higher in the BPS group（

0.05），while occlusion time （OT） and bite force distribution balance （BFDB） were decreased in both groups（

0.05），which were lower in the BPS group （

0.05）. The total incidence of adverse events in the the BPS group was lower than that in the control group （

0.05）.

Conclusion

The use of BPS to restore dentition defect can improve retention and mastication function in early stage of denture wearing，improve aesthetic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with dentition defect.
