摘要

目的研究背驮式肝移植术中脂多糖（lipopolysaccharide

LPS）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α）的变化。方法分别检测肝功能衰竭患者（HF

=13）组和非肝功能衰竭患者(NHF

=9)术中LPS、TNF-α的变化。时相点:手术开始30 min (T1)

无肝期90 min(T2)

新肝期30 min (T3)

新肝期90min(T4)。结果 2组患者术中均出现较明显的LPS和TNF-α的变化，肝功能衰竭组的变化更加明显。LPS T3和TNF-α T3、T4 HF组显著性高于NHF组（

0.05）。结论术中LPS和TNF-α的变化可能是肝功能衰竭患者术中异常血容量分布的主要原因之一。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes of LPS and TNF-α during the operation of piggyback liver transplantation. Methods Thirteen patients with liver function failure (HF group) and 9 patients without liver function failure (NHF group) were recruited to detect their blood levels of LPS and TNF-α during operation. Their blood samples were drawn at the following time points: 30 min after operation beginning (T1)

90 min after sick liver removal (T2)

30 min after donor liver transplanted (T3)

and the end of operaion (T4). Results The levels of LPS and TNF-α changed significantly in the two groups

especially in HF group. LPS at T3 and TNF-α at T3 and T4 in HF group were signif

icantly higher than those in NFH group (

0.05). Conclusion The change of LPS and TNF-α in operation is one of main reasons for abnormal blood volume distribution in liver function failure.
