摘要

目的初步探讨支气管哮喘是否对儿童骨密度存在影响。方法选择2010年5月至2011年6月在我院哮喘专科门诊就诊的190例初次诊断为支气管哮喘的患儿进行骨密度、身高、体质量的测量，同时选择同期、同年龄段在我院儿保科体检的166例正常儿童的骨密度、身高、体质量值作为对照。结果 ①哮喘组患儿骨密度Z值95%的置信区间比对照组低，差异有统计学意义(

=7.229

=0.000) 。②哮喘组与对照组SOS值比较有统计学差异（

=20.040

=0.000），其中中、重度哮喘组的SOS值较轻度组低，差异有统计学意义（

0.05），而轻度组与对照组SOS值比较无统计学差异（

=0.410），中度组与重度组SOS值比较无统计学差异（

=1.000）。③哮喘患儿的病程与骨密度呈负相关(

=-0.442

＜0.01)。④哮喘组患儿身高、体质量与对照组相比有不同程度降低，其中重度哮喘组身高、体质量与轻、中度哮喘组、对照组相比，有显著性差异（

0.05）。结论支气管哮喘对儿童身高、体质量、骨密度可能存在影响，尤其中、重度哮喘对儿童骨密度影响更大。

Abstract

Objective To determine the effect of asthma on bone mineral density (BMD) in children who were newly diagnozed. Methods A total of 190 children with asthma at the beginning of treatment were collected from our respiratory department during May 2010 to June 2011. Their height and weight were mea-sured and recorded

and BMD was measured with ultrasound bone analyzer. The results were compared with those of 166 healthy children at the same age in the

Child Health Clinic of our hospital in the same period. Results 95% confidence interval (95%

) of Z-Score in the asthma group was lower than in control group

with significant difference (

=7.229

=0.000). There was significant difference in the speed of sound (SOS) between the asthma group and control group (

=20.040

=0.000). SOS value of moderate and severe asthma group was lower than that of mild group (

0.05)

which had no significant difference with that of control group (

=0.410). There was no difference between moderate and severe asthma groups (

=1.000). The course of asthma was negatively correlated with BMD (

=-0.442

＜0.01). Compared with the control group

the value of height and weight in asthma group was decreased at different degrees. The value of height and weight was significantly lower in severe group than in mild-moderate group and control group (

0.05). Conclusion Asthma may have influence on children’s height

weight and BMD

especially for moderate and severe asthma.
