摘要

目的:挖掘影响医科院校本科毕业生就业的主要因素.方法:定量和定性相结合地分析某医科院校2006年本科毕业生的就业影响因素.结果:本科知识的局限、单位招聘门槛的提高和个人的清高、性别歧视、关系潜规则、与专业不完全对口已成为影响医科院校本科生就业的主要因素.结论:医科院校应培养适应时代发展的学生

而医学生则应从自我着手

成为有用之才.
