高等医学院校专业基础课教师可以通过掌握扎实的专业知识、不断学习更新相关学科知识及提高自身科研能力三个方面来提高自身业务素养

进而优化教学效果.;It's proposed for university teathers to improve their professional qualities by means of solidly mastering one's own professional theories

strengthening knowledge of relative subjects

and as well as training scientific research ability etc to evoke active study and obtain better teaching effect.
