摘要

在推行社区卫生服务工作的过程中

社区护理人员的工作效率已越来越影响到整个中心的服务水平

也成为社区群众对中心整体评价的重要因素.护理人员在社区卫生服务的预防、保健、健康教育、医疗、康复、计划生育技术指导六大功能中都起着非常大的作用

通过对此问题的分析

希望能够引起有关部门的重视

设置合理的在职培训;使护理人员积极朝着全科护士的方向发展

更好地服务于社区群众.
