维护社会公平

扶助弱势群体是政府社会管理的重要内容

做好贫困大学生的救助工作是维护教育公平的重要方面.在调查研究的基础上具体分析了大学贫困生救助政策中存在的主要问题和薄弱环节

并对完善贫困大学生救助政策及体系提出了相应的对策.
