本文就医学生导师制产生的历史沿革与发展做了简要概述.着重从实行导师制是学生的呼唤、教育的责任

是大学生创新能力和个性发展的需要

是学分制体制下的必然选择以及加强师资队伍建设的需要等四个方面;阐述了实行导师制的必要性和现实意义.重点从建设什么样的导师队伍、切实可行的措施和制度、导师激励机制三个层面

论述了如何建立高效务实的本科生导师制.
