摘要

目的观察以问题为基础的教学方法在急诊医学教学中的应用效果.方法将三峡大学2003级医学专业2班和4班共84名学生分成两个组

2班42人设为实验组

实验组采用PBL教学法;4班42人设为对照组.采用传统的讲授法.课程结束后

对两个班的学生进行学习效果的评估

分别进行书面理论测试和操作技能考核.并对所有数据进行统计学处理.结果在考试的成绩上

实验组的得分明显高于对照组

同时

实验组的学生临床病例分析能力明显比对照组好

分析问题的能力更全面

两组之间比较.P＜0.05.结论采用PBL教学法比传统的LB
