摘要

在胸外科实习的教学中

选取40名临床医学本科实习学生

其中20人进行以问题为基础的学习(PBL)

对另20人采用传统方法教学

进行对比研究.结果PBL实验组理论学习成绩和操作技能成绩均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)

表明PBL教学法在胸外科实习教学中优于传统教学方法

学生的基础理论和临床技能均有明显提高.
