摘要

临床见习是实现医学理论知识与临床实践工作紧密联系的关键环节.在借鉴、分析国外有关基于案例的教学、认知学徒制等教学方法的基础上

结合普通外科临床实践

本文提出了基于案例的认知学徒制策略的内涵与特点

并初步探索其在外科临床见习中的应用

以期为改进外科临床见习的教学提供有益的参考.
