摘要

目的探讨自制式二步式病例教学法在医学影像诊断学教学中的意义.方法观察组应用自制式二步式病例敦学法进行教学

对照组则按传统的教学方法进行;对两组学牛医学影像诊断学成绩及其他临床主要课目成绩进行评定比较.结果观察组医学影像诊断学考试成绩高于对照组

有显著性差异;其他临床主要课目的考试成绩均高于对照组.结论二步式病例教学法在医学教学中的应用是医学教育事业发展的需要

是提高医学教学质量的需要.
