目的了解高职学生心理健康与人格特征的状况及其关系.方法采用大五人格问卷和中国大学生心理健康量表对湖南4所高职院校的679名高职学生进行调查.结果 ①高职学生中症状明显的人不多

亚健康状态的较多.②高职学生的人格特征存在性别差异

不同年级、不同学科的高职学生之间人格特征方面差异不显著.③高职学生心理健康与多个人格特征相关显著.结论高职学生的人格是影响其心理健康的主要因素.
