摘要

针对中医学科学学位研究生科研基础薄弱、实验技能不足等问题，总结探讨了中心实验室科研平台开展的以基础强化式、量体裁衣式、引领创新式、学术沙龙式多元化系列微型讲座的培训模式。培训内容涵盖生物医学基础研究，细胞培养、分子生物学、组织化学等常用实验技术和最新科技前沿进展。依据研究生科研课题的需求，微型讲座还与实验室自制微视频、科研实训有机结合，激发了医学科学型研究生参与科研的积极性，探索了提高实验教学质量的新途径，为中医学科培育和发展科研创新人才开辟了有效途径

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of feeble research foundation and inadequate experiment skills

the central laboratory for science and technology at general hospital explores the training mode for research-oriented graduate students in Chinese Traditional Medicine. The mode is combined with a series of mini-lectures and research skills training. There are four styles of mini-lectures including basic strengthening style

tailored style

leading innovated style and academic salon style. The training covers biomedical basic research

cell culture

molecular biology

histochemistry and other commonly used experimental technologies and the latest research advances. According to the needs of postgraduate research projects

mini-lectures are also organically combined with laboratory self-produced micro videos and scientific research training. It has aroused the enthusiasm of medical science postgraduates to participate in scientific research

explored the new ways to improve the quality of experimental teaching

and opened up an effective way for cultivating and developing scientific research creative talents in Chinese medicine.
