摘要

吉首大学以“服务地方行业需求提高人才培养质量”为指引，推进临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育教学改革，即：德育为先，强化全心全意为人民服务的思政教育和学风教育；能力为重，强化临床技能的培训和临床科研能力的培养；方案为基，科学设置教学课程和积极开展教学创新；监管为要，创新指导模式与完善质量监督机制。工作成效显著，为专业学位研究生教育实现“向服务需求、提高质量的内涵式发展转型”奠定了坚实的基础

Abstract

Jishou University promotes the reform of postgraduate education and teaching of master's degree in clinical medicine with the guidance of “Serving the Local Demand for Professional and Improving the Training Quality of Professional”: moral education is the first priority

ideological and study style education that serves the people wholeheartedly is strengthened; Emphasis

strengthen the training of clinical skills and the cultivation of clinical research capabilities; program-based

scientifically set up teaching courses and actively carry out teaching innovation; supervision is essential

innovative guidance mode and perfect quality supervision mechanism. The remarkable results were achieved

and it has laid a solid foundation for the professional graduate education to achieve the “connotation development of service demand and quality improvement”.
