摘要

目的评价PDCA在儿科规范化培训住院医师临床科研基础知识学习中的效果，为进一步有针对性提高规范化培训医师临床科研能力提供科学依据。方法选取2017年4月～7月在儿科进行规范化培训的22名住院医住院师为研究对象，应用PDCA循环对规范化培训住院医师进行临床科研基础知识课程培训，培训时间为3个月。使用均数、频数、构成比描述性统计学方法分析资料；计量资料采用独立样本的t检验/计数资料采用χ2检验或Fisher确切概率，比较培训前、后规范化培训住院医师临床科研基础知识掌握程度的差异及对培训课程的满意度。结果 ①儿科规范化培训住院医师培训前临床科研基础知识总成绩为54.14±23.06分，培训后总成绩为73.63±21.05分，培训后规培医师的临床科研基础知识较前有提高，两者比较差异有统计学意义；②部分临床科研基础知识点有欠缺，培训前后成绩相差无统计学差异； ③ 规范化培训住院医师对临床科研基础知识培训课程的培训内容、培训形式、培训效果满意，但对培训时间安排不满意。结论基于PDCA循环的培训方法可明显提高儿科规范化培训医师临床科研基础知识水平，值得在规范化培训住院医师临床科研能力培养中推广

Abstract

Objective To explore application on improving basic knowledge of clinical scientific research based on PDCA circle in the standardized training of pediatrics residents and to provide theoretical basis for improving the capability of clinical scientific research in standardized training of pediatrics residents. Methods Based on previous research results

the training courses of improving the capability of clinical scientific research based on conception of PDCA were developed. The examination of basic knowledge with epidemiology and statistics before and after training and satisfaction questionnaire in pattern
