Problem based learning (PBL) method has been widely used in higher medical education at home and abroad

and has been constantly improved. We gradually applied case-guided problem based learning method to clinical practice of burn by establishing the database of typical cases. The teaching method emphasized student-centered

fully mobilized students subjective initiative

and focused on students forming correct clinical thinking methods and the ability to analyze and solve problems. At last

the quality of burn clinical practice was improved.
