摘要

目的探讨初级和高级腹腔镜模拟操作培训对不同年资住院医腹腔镜技能提高的价值。方法对2016-2017年在北医三院妇产科轮转的77名第1-4年住院医师根据年资分为第1-2年住院医与第3-4年住院医两组，分别进行初级和高级腹腔镜模拟操作培训及考核，评定培训效果。结果初级和高级腹腔镜模拟培训总体合格率分别为85.7%和57.1%。第1-2年住院医与第3-4年住院医相比，初级培训合格率（80.4% vs. 100.0%，P=0.028）和高级培训合格率（12.5% vs. 57.14%，P<0.001）均有统计学差异。所有住院医经培训后，模拟腔镜操作技能均显著提高；第1-2年住院医初级培训成绩提高更明显，第3-4年住院医高级培训后成绩提高更明显。结论：针对不同年资住院医师采取不同级别的模拟培训更有助于其腹腔镜操作技能的提高

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of different levels of laparoscopic simulating training in different seniority of gynecologic residents. Methods Seventy-seven residents in their one to four training-year were trained with different levels of simulating training plans and then assessed in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Peking University Third Hospital. Results The qualified rate of primary and advanced simulation training was 85.7% and 57.1% respectively. The operative skills improved significantly in all the residents. In the first- and second- year residents

the scores of the primary training increased more obviously

while in the third- and fourth-year residents

the scores of the advanced training increased significantly. Conclusion It might be more helpful for residents with different seniority to receive different levels of simulating training

so as to improve their laparoscopic operative skills more effectively.
