摘要

【】目的探讨个体化健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用效果

以及它对医嘱遵从性的影响。方法从我院收治的糖尿病患者中抽选102例作为研究对象。随机分组：对照组51例

采用常规降糖治疗；观察组51例

在常规降糖治疗的基础上加强个体化健康教育。比较两组患者的护理效果以及医嘱遵从性。结果观察组患者的医嘱遵从率明显高于对照组

结果对比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论个体化健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用能够有效提高患者对医嘱的遵从性

Abstract

【】 Objective: To explore the effect of individualized health education in patients with diabetes and its impact on doctors compliance. Methods: 102 patients were selected from the diabetic patients admitted to our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups:51 cases in the control group

using conventional hypoglycemic treatment; 51 cases in the observation group

on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic treatment to strengthen individualized health education. The nursing effect and doctors compliance were compared between the two groups. Results: The compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group

the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion :The application of individualized health education in patients with diabetes could effectively improve the patients compliance with the doctors advice

and thus improve the blood sugar control effect which is worth promoting.
