摘要

目的探讨妇产科创新带教模式在临床见习上的应用效果及评价。方法 2015级(即2018组)本科临床医学专业195名学生为研究对象，实行创新带教模式，以器官整合医学为基础，强调以问题为导向的教学模式，增加师生互动，设定发散思维性课程作业，给学生更多的实际操作机会。通过客观结构化临床测试和满意度问卷调查，与历史同期两个年级（2013，2014）的成绩对比评价教学效果。统计软件采用IBM公司 SPSS21.0。结果方差分析提示2018组客观结构化临床测试成绩高于历史同期两个组的成绩，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用卡方分析对问卷结果进行分析表明，2018组对本教学模式的各方面的满意度高于其他两组(p<0.05)。结论本创新带教模式有利于促进学生理论联系实践，培养良好的临床思维能力，有助于医学生的培养

Abstract

Objective To evaluate an innovative teaching mode of obstetrics and gynecology in students clinical probation. Methods A total of 195 students from 2015 Clinical Medicine were involved in this teaching reform. The teaching mode was based on organ integration medicine

creative courses as well as clinical practice. The results were evaluated by objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)and questionnaire surveys. Results The OSCE scores of the 2018 group were higher than those of the other two groups and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The results of the questionnaire showed that the 2018 groups satisfaction with all aspects of the teaching mode was higher than the historical period (p<0.05). Conclusion The present innovative teaching mode could promote students’ ability to integrate theory with practice
