摘要

中国医科大学于2016年获批开设了精神医学系五年制本科

进行培养理念与目标探索

培养目标是在达到临床医生的基本要求同时，能够了解心理学、精神病学等知识。课程体系方面开设了医学生成长导论、心理学概论、临床精神病学、精神病学基础、心理咨询与心理治疗学、儿童精神病学、社区精神病学等多门特色专业课程。培养途径方面设置专门的精神医学系办公室，系主任负责制，班导师制，导师制。评价方法方面设立了教师评学分析和个人成长报告分析。精神医学专业本科人才培养模式取得了初步成效

Abstract

China Medical University was approved to offer five-year undergraduate psychiatry in 2016

becoming the cultivation idea integration and innovation. The goal is to meet the basic requirements of clinician and be able to understand psychological and psychiatry knowledge. The course is setting up a number of characteristic professional courses，such as Psychology outlines、Clinical psychiatry、Clinical psychology、Psychiatric foundations、Child and adolescent psychiatry. The cultivating mode is establishing special office of Department of Psychiatry

class tutor system

whole mentor system. Established the evaluation system of students’ learning effect

established the analysis of teacher evaluation and personal growth report. The cultivating model of psychiatry has achieved initial success.
