摘要

本研究系统梳理了近几年国内关于早期接触临床的文献，分析了相关文献的主要研究内容，总结了各高校开展早期接触临床采取的多种形式；同时分析了医学院校开展早期接触临床取得的效果，包括增强学生的学习兴趣和综合能力，提高学生成绩和对患者的人文关怀，促进带教教师的自我提升等。结合中国医学院校开展早期接触临床的实际情况并借鉴国外相关研究经验，提出我国在开展早期接触临床时应提高院校的重视程度、加强师资队伍建设、建立科学系统的评价指标体系

Abstract

This paper systematically reviews the relevant literature on early clinical exposure (ECE) in China in recent years. It analyzes the main contents of literature

summarizes the various forms of ECE that the colleges and universities provide

and analyzes its positive effect on the students' learning interest and ability

their humanistic care for patients

as well as the teacher's self-improvement. Finally

according to the actual practical situation of ECE in medical universities in China and relevant experience from foreign studies

it is proposed that China should increase the emphasis on ECE in colleges and universities

strengthen the construction of teaching staff

and establish a scientific and systematic evaluation system.
