摘要

目的将共词聚类分析法引入儿科教学模式的现状研究，通过对近10余年来该领域文献的可视化分析，总结国内在该领域研究的热点及知识结构，为儿科教学模式的进一步发展提供参考。方法于2017年7月在CNKI数据库和万方数据库以“儿科”和“教学模式”为主题词搜索文献，限定期刊年限为2006年1月至2017年6月，通过人工筛选出符合研究标准的文献，利用Word、Bicomb 2.0对关键词进行整理，统计出高频关键词。后采用SPSS 20.0描绘聚类分析图，用Ucinet 6.0和Newdraw描绘共现网络分析图，展现高频关键词之间的关系。结果最终纳入文献367篇，提取高频关键词31个，频率最高的关键词是“PBL教学法”。该领域的研究大致可分为四类：儿科实习及见习中的教学方法、儿科教学培养及评估的内容、儿科护理专业的教学方法及教学方法改革的对象。位于共现网络图中心区域的关键词有“PBL教学法”、“多媒体教学”、“案例教学法”及“护理”。结论近10余年来，多种教学方法的实践探究是国内儿科教育模式研究的主要内容。以问题为基础的教学法是该领域的研究热点，多与多媒体、案例引导等教学方式相结合应用于儿科教学中。此外，循证医学在儿科教学中的应用也逐渐受到重视

Abstract

Objective To introduce co-word analysis into the analysis of the current research status of pediatric education mode

to analyze and summary the hot spots and the structure of knowledge in research topics of the field in China over the past decade.
