摘要

目的探讨sandwich教学法《外科护理学》课程中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院护理专业2个班级分为对照组和观察组

每组36名。对照组学生采取传统授课方式教学

观察组学生采取sandwich教学法进行教学

比较2组学生对教学效果的评价。结果：观察组与对照组在性别、年龄和基础护理学课程成绩方面比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组护理操作评分、学习氛围评分、学习积极性评分均高于对照组

差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：sandwich教学法可明显提高护理操作技能

调动学生积极性

增加课堂趣味性

提高《外科护理学》教学效果

Abstract

Objective：To explore the teaching effect of sandwich teaching method in application effect in the course of surgical nursing. Method：Two classes of nursing major in our hospital were randomly selected to be divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method

and the observation group adopted the sandwich teaching method

and the evaluation of the teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Result：There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gender

age and basic nursing course grades (P>0.05). The observation group had higher scores than the control group on nursing operation

learning atmosphere and learning initiative

the differences wre statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion：The sandwich teaching method can significantly improve the nursing operation skills

mobilize the students enthusiasm

increase the interest of the classroom

and improve the teaching effect of Surgical Nursing .
