摘要

本文对国内医学院校开展针对本科生的光遗传学实验技术原理与应用教学的必要性、主要内容、教学难点及教学实施过程中应注意的理论和实践问题进行了初步分析；特别强调了应重点讲解的技术原理，包括其何以实现对特定的神经通路进行选择性干预，何以分别实现对细胞兴奋或抑制效应的双向控制，以及开展光遗传学实验的主要过程。最后对近期在授课过程中的体会进行了初步总结，以供相关院校基础医学实验教学参考，并推动国内医学院校本科生光遗传学实验教学的开展
