摘要

本研究结合作者在台湾高雄医学大学接受TBL(Team based learning，TBL)师资培训的经历，回顾利用童话故事进行TBL师资培训之具体方法。童话故事案例的选择要考虑受训教师背景，且要尽量满足科际整合性课程的需要。案例编辑与出题要体现TBL预读的重要性以及必要性。另外，本研究就利用童话故事进行TBL师资培训的心理机制、培训优势、培训难点以及普及度做一探讨

Abstract

Based on the author's experience of TBL (Team based learning

TBL) teacher training at Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan

this study reviews the specific methods of TBL teacher training using children’s fairy tales. The selection of fairy tale cases should consider the background of the trainees and try to meet the needs of interdisciplinary integrated courses. Case editing and questions should reflect the importance and necessity of TBL pre reading. In addition
