摘要

目的　了解八年制医学博士生对以问题为基础的学习（Problem-based learning， PBL）的教学反馈，探讨存在的问题及解决方法。方法　对八年制医学生进行问卷调查。结果　PBL能收到良好的教学反馈，有助于增强学生的自主学习能力和表达能力，提高运用资源的技能和团队合作精神。结论　虽然实施PBL教学存在一定实际困难，但PBL是一种较好的八年制医学生教学方法

Abstract

Objective　To investigate the feedback of eight-year program students to prob-lem-based learning（PBL）， and find out the existing problems and solutions. Methods　The question-naire survey was made in the eight-year program students. Results　Application of PBL could achieve good feedback. It helped to enhance the self-directed learning

expressing ability， accessing resource skill， and team spirit. Conclusion　Although there are some problems in the practice of PBL， PBL is a good teaching method in eight-year program education.
