摘要

充分挖掘和巧妙利用各种有形的和无形的学习资源，已经成为能否培养出优秀研究生的重要因素。徐州医学院在麻醉学研究生培养中，合理利用时间、网络、技术平台、研究成果、自身潜能以及临床病人等各种资源，促进了学生学习，具有一定指导意义

Abstract

Thorough excavation and artful utilization of various kinds concrete and invisible learn-ing resources contribute to the cultivation of excellent postgraduates. In postgraduate education of anesthe-siology Xuzhou Medical College utilizes time， network， technique platform， research outcome， self-po-tentiality and clinical patients resources， which produces an active effect and has important instructional significance.
