Bilingual teaching has become an important teaching method in the Higher Medical E-ducation.The major of Optometry and Ophthalmology in Wenzhou Medical College is an organic integration of the modern western optometry and traditional ophthalmology， and also have the advantage of interna-tional education background. In the past twenty years， we have made positive practices and explorations in bilingual teaching.In this paper， we will take The Contact Lens Course （National recconmentation course and National bilingual demonstration course） for example to share the useful experiences and results， and to set an important model in spreading bilingual teaching for other clinical medicine disciplines.
