针对口腔颌面外科临床实习中开展课堂PBL教学面临的问题，在口腔颌面外科临床实习中探索开展基于Blog、日常查房、课堂讨论的多模式相结合的PBL教学，并重点分析了其实施方法、优势与特色

Abstract

Aiming to solve the problems in traditional classroom mode PBL teaching during clini-cal practice of oral and maxillofacial surgery， this paper investigated multi-pattern PBL teaching basing on Weblog， daily ward round and classroom discussion in the clinical practice， and focused on the practice methods， advantages and feature of this multi-pattern PBL teaching.
