摘要

以医学本科与专业学位贯通的新学制，通过合理整合课程体系，强化临床实践，创新考核和管理模式，建立和实施规范的住院医师培训制度，以高等医学院校为主导培养高起点全科医生，为医改的顺利推进提供合格的全科医师人才支撑

Abstract

The new educational system integrating both medical undergraduate and professional degrees， by integrating the curriculum system rationally， strengthening the clinical practice， innovating the assessment and management mode， establishes and enforces normative resident physician training sys-tem to cultivate high-starting point general practitioners led by medical colleges and provide qualified gen-eral practitioners， for the purpose of supporting the health reform successfully.
