摘要

教学案例的合理选择对肾内科学教学中开展以问题为基础的学习（Problem-based learning，PBL）具有重要意义。中国医科大学附属第一医院肾内科教研室从２００４年开始进行PBL教学改革，在实践中认识到，教学案例的选择要能够满足学科内部知识点的衔接，能够促进临床与基础学科间的整合，能够与多个教学目标相匹配。随着医学教学改革的不断深化、教学理念的适时转变，新型教学技术与手段的相继引入，肾内科学ＰＢＬ教学案例的选择与开发也应与时俱进。
