摘要

阐述医学研究生素质教育活动程序化运作的必要性，介绍素质教育活动“多中选优、科学组合、统筹安排、责任到人、明确程序、传承发展”的程序化运作具体方法。该院７年实践证明，素质教育活动程序化，可提高研究生参与活动的积极性，锻炼研究生干部，活跃校园文化氛围，全面增强研究生综合素质。
