【】 Objective： To construct and evaluate the application effect of the cycle clinical skills training system in clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology .Methods: To build the cycle clinical skills training system of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Using 104 undergraduate students of grade 2005 and 2006

eight-year clinical medicine in Peking University People's Hospital as the object of research

and grade 2005 (n=54) for control group

grade 2006(n=50) for experimental group. Students of control group were taught by nomal teaching method and contacted with patients in clinical practice

and experimental group were taught by cycle clinical skills training system. To compare the practice skills test results between the two groups

statistical methods using the t test. Results: After the end of internship

students in the experimental in clinical skills test than the control group was significant higher( 88.70 Vs 85.02，P<0.05）).In experimental group

Students' skills test scores of gynecology and obstetrics were 77.04 ? 10.35 and 45.61 ? 14.42

after clinical practice training

skills scores were significantly increased (p <0.001).( 84.59?10.10 and 68.78 ? 10.83 respectively) Conclusions: cycle clinical skills training system can promote students’skills of obstetrics and gynecology .
