摘要

100年前的《弗莱克斯纳报告》推动了现代医学教育改革的进程，半个世纪前提出的“以问题为基础的学习（Problem-based learning，PBL）”开创了以学生为中心的医学教育模式，如今基于“培养医学卫生人才岗位胜任能力”的目标正推进第三次医学教育改革。我国医学教育历经100多年的发展，在当前全球医学教育改革背景下，已成为世界医学教育的重要组成分。哈尔滨医科大学通过国际合作开展了全面的医学教育改革，接受了参照全球医学教育标准的医学教育认证，是我国医学教育改革的一个缩影
