摘要

临床医学专业学位研究生教育是我国高等医学教育的重要组成部分。试从我国当前的培养模式、存在的问题、改革方向及前景进行分析，提出可从建立统一的培养标准、构建不同层次学历体系、严格导师遴选及降低科研工作比重四方面进行针对性改革，以满足目前国内医疗卫生人才培养之需求。
