摘要

分析医事法学学科建设缺乏稳定的研究方向、师资力量和学术队伍匮乏、学科建设研究成果贫乏、人才培养不能满足社会需求等问题及原因。提出加强医事法学学科建设的措施，即要高度重视，统一认识，确保医事法学学科健康规范发展；加强学科内涵建设，提升医事法学学科建设水平；医学与法学有机结合，培养高层次复合型人才。
