摘要

针对医学研究生就业率下降、违约增多、不同专业研究生就业差异大等问题，提出从职业生涯规划教育的实施理念、实施办法、创业教育、就业信息系统建设和培养质量反馈机制的构建等方面，改进就业服务工作

Abstract

Recently， we are confronted with prblems of dcelince in emplpyment rate，increase in contract breach and empleyement imbalance among different majors， ect. In this paper， we improved em-ployment work from the apects of implementation concept and methods of occupation career planning ed-ucation， entrepreneurship education， employment information system construction and quality feedback mechanism construction.
