摘要

分析实习、考研、就业的重要性，调查目前医学生实习的现状，指出三者产生矛盾的主要原因是时间冲突、国家政策不完善及医学院校、教学医院、医学生定位和利益的影响。只有通过调整时间、加强管理及思想教育、改进教学方法、增加考研及招聘中临床知识权重，才能解决考研、就业、实习的矛盾

Abstract

Through analyzing the significance of three choices facing medical students， namely， postgraduate examination， employment and clinical training， the author pointed out that the inner contra-dictions of the three lie in time conflicts， incomplete national policy and the trade-off among medical col-leges， teaching hospitals and medical students. To resolve the conflicting issues above， the author advised students to adjust the time， strengthen management and ideological educations， improve teaching meth-ods and increase the weight of clinical knowledge in the postgraduate examination and employment.
