Online course construction is an important topic of current medical education reform. This article explored how to build plastic surgery online course system with its own characteristics. It began from curriculum design ideas and design system， introduced the course content and architec-ture in detail， and summarized the characteristics of plastic surgery online course. It is concluded that the online course can give full play to the students' self-learning ability with its multimedia image， di-verse， highly intuitive and interactive features， and can complement classroom and clinical teaching， creating a new teaching model for the development of aesthetic medical education.
