摘要

军队预选卫生士官培训是卫生士官队伍整体素质能力建设的重要途径之一，对预选卫生士官健康教育能力的培养也是军事医学教育中的重要部分，通过优化教学内容和方法、突出实践教学中传播技能和授课能力的培养、改革考核方式等措施，强化了预选卫生士官健康教育岗位任职能力

Abstract

Training for army medical candidates is an important method to improve their over-all competency and is also an crucial part of military medical education. Thus， this study initiated a teaching model to advance the necessary competency of army medical candidates conducting health education through optimizing the traditional content of training program and teaching strategies， changing evaluating system and highlighting ability of practice.
