摘要

高校是培养高科技创新人才和实现科技创新的重要基地。在管理机制方面，重庆医科大学成立隶属于学校的二级教学单位———实验教学管理中心，有效整合教学资源。结合实验教学大纲，开展分层次的实验教学课程改革；积极开展开放性和创新性实验等医学实践活动，形成系统完善的创新性实验项目实施流程。以调动学生参与项目的积极性，并深入探索医学创新人才的培养途径
