摘要

目的探讨和比较传统教学和案例教学在局部解剖学中的应用效果。方法以我校2014级临床医学专业本科80名学生为研究对象，随机分为传统组、案例组。传统组的40名学生采用传统教学；案例组的40名学生采用案例教学，教学过程中引入 “甲状腺次全切除术”、“胸廓出口综合征”和“胰头癌”三个临床案例。学习结束后，对学生进行问卷调查和考试。两组期末考核成绩应用SPSS18.0软件进行数据处理和统计学分析，计量资料用（ ± s）表示。计数资料比较采用X2检验。结果案例组与对照组比较，期末考试中选择题、填空题和论述题以及总成绩的分数均高于传统组，案例组总成绩为85.69±11.61，传统组为73.19±18.66，p＜0.05，具有统计学差异性，同时，问卷调查显示，案例组满意度较高，具有统计学意义（P=0.001）。结论局部解剖学实验课采用案例教学的效果明显优于传统教学，因此值得推广

Abstract

Objective To explore and compare the effect on traditional experiment and case teaching method in regional anatomy study. Methods 80 subjects were randomly selected from 2014 medical students and divided into traditional group and case teaching group. The traditional group contains 40 students

which use the traditional teaching method

case teaching group has also 40 students with case teaching method. In the process of teaching

three clinical cases were introduced

including the subtotal thyroidectomy

thoracic outlet syndrome and pancreatic cancer. After the end of the course

we used questionnaire investigation

theory test assessment to analyze by application of SPSS18.0. Results In comparison between case teaching group and the traditional group

the choice questions，fill in the blanks and essay questions

as well as the total score scores in the theory examination were higher than those in the traditional group with significant difference

The total score of the case teaching group was 85.69 ±11.61

and the traditional group was 73.19 ± 18.66

at the same time

the satisfaction rate in case teaching group is higher with statistical significance (P=0.001). Conclusion The effect on regional anatomy study with case teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method

and it is a promising teaching reform for the medical students.
