摘要

心理健康教育是军医大学研究生教育培养的关键环节

文中采用基于自编军校研究生压力量表(MAGSSS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)多维量表的方法进行研究

从人口变量学、心理健康水平以及人格、应对方式和研究生压力的相关性等方面进行了讨论

结果显示来自导师、学业的压力和毕业分配、求职工作的压力是困扰学员的最主要应激源

高压力感受性学员心理健康水平较差

且倾向于神经质的人格特质和消极的应对方式。最后

文章从以初始状态为基础、找准“原点”

以生源类型为区分、把握“正方向”

以关键节点为主线、瞄准“单位长度”等三个方面提出了对策建议

Abstract

The Mental health education is the key task in the process of cultivating postgraduates in military medical universities. This article analyzed population variable

the correlation of personality，coping styles and pressure based on Military Academy Graduate Student Stress Scale

Symptom Checklist-90

Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. The results show that the pressure from teachers

this paper put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions on three aspects
